About to start on converting my 97 XJ diesel ( bought it with a blown motor) to a V8 using a VQ Caprice V8 and a T700R4 box converted to bolt direct to the original NP231 transfer case. Should be fun but easy . All parts , mounts etc are available off the shelf in USA. their web address for any one interested is :-

I also have a SJ 1979 V8 Quadratrack and a 96 XJ rock crawler.
