Not bad from the A pillar back but to fit the worse of that series of Jeep fronts to it is hideous!

The 4 door railroad version of these wagons fetch a huge sum in the US. Could make a nice looking wagon by fitting the correct front from a wagon or pickup for the matter from the cowl forward.

They have been building jeeps under license since post WWII.
Google Jeep J54, or Jeep J53.
My Dad has a J54, looks like a 3B, but was built in 1974, little diesel donk.
