Buy a new scx10 or ax10 in kit form. Never buy cheapo things. Always listen to the experts on forums. Buy good radio gear. Dont replace parts upgrade them. Gas+ nitro> electric. Charge a lipo somewhere safe. Learn to drive it before buying the best things and flooring it. Expect to break everything, even the obscure parts. Most importantly have fun.
RC4WD Trail Stomper is probably one of the cheapest RTR kits.
