View Full Version : Katarapko Creek, Murray River National Park KJ_andy 29-04-2012, 05:10 PM Looking to do a springtime trip to Katarapko Creek trip next spring. Anyone been there recently (its not listed on the SA trips). We have a couple of kayaks and are looking forward to some camping and kayaking. Its pretty close to Adelaide (approx 180kms) so should be a good weekender any weekend. layback40 29-04-2012, 05:40 PM National parks are generally not 4WD friendly. KJ_andy 29-04-2012, 08:49 PM Its not just about testing articulation; the area has offroad tracks and you can camp on the river/creek's edge. Not that I've been there before but I'm keen to check it out. 4WD's get you to places off the beaten track.
