2011 WK2 5.7 auto 5spd or 6spd?

Hi all,
I have a 11' JGC and i was just wondering about the auto, they said it was a 5spd and the website said 5spd, but when i change it manually, its a 6spd (as indicated on the dash) which didnt come out until this year. Anyone else found the same?

Hi speed_racer,

Yes the MY12 hemi has a 6 speed whereas the MY11 has a 5 speed auto.
Apparently the "extra" gear is 3rd and it is only available using ERS.

So basically, if you don't manually change gears using ERS the auto will never select third with the 6 speed auto...
