Saw this in the paper today.
pretty amazing. Talk about luck!
A Lee's Summit teenager clung to utility wires 25 feet in the air after being thrown from his Jeep in a collision Tuesday afternoon at U.S. 40 and Woods Chapel Road in Blue Springs.
Joe R. Thompson, 18, caught hold of the wires and hugged them for 20 minutes until firefighters helped him down with a ladder truck.
