DROPING OUT II

OK,
Problem solved! (see "droping out" part one)I have taken out the center console and found that when I try to select 4 low, the transfer lever hits the end of the gate. This stops the full range of motion.All I have done is file out about 10mm of the gate,you can actually feel the lever drop over the last part of the movement.
works like a new one!! :D

remember when i had a 4runner with a 3" body lift, the lift was in it when i bought it, anyways when i test drove it i asked the sales guy, funny how it keeps popping outta 4th. anyways bought it, pulled the centre console out and cut the rubber jacket around the gear stick to give it some play and whooska, it worked........... then i bought a jeep smile.gif
