SJC Easter Jeepin' convoy to Coffs

Plans are underway to head up to Coffs Harbour over Easter to catch up with the Queensland Jeepers and the Coffs Jeepers to get-together and check out some of their local trails. Need expressions of interest real soon so we can book into caravan parks etc. Details to follow but who wants to come? SJC members will have first dibs but depending on numbers leave a message if you would like to be kept in the loop. Cheers, Mark.

Non-SJC visitors will now be welcome provided you are happy to tag along with the way we do things. It'll be sort of like a mini-Jeep Jamboree with interstate Jeepers getting together to hit the trails! So, any interest so we can look into accomodation. Cheers, Mark.

We spoke to Mick Bowen from Coffs this morning and they are going to be holding the launch for their new mag "JeepAction Australia" on this easter weekend! They will have a marque 'n stuff and the whole weekend will be featuring in one of their next editions!

We need to get back to him with numbers so we make sure he keeps good campsite for us.

There are about 10 Qld Jeepers planning on coming down and of course there are all the Coffs Jeepers (who we met up with at Jamboree), it should be a great weekend, and I am sure they will show us some good tracks.

So if you are thinking you're going to come along just ping us here or email sydneyjeepclub@optusnet.com.au.

Be great to have a reasonable convoy from Sydney from SJC and any ACTJeepTrAction Jeepers you're more than welcome (and any other jeepers?), but we gotta let him know numbers in the next couple of weeks.

About 6 hours...i'd say on Good Friday it'd be closer to 8. You guys thought about going up the Buckets Way to avoid the jam up at Karuah. Did it after christmas and saved a lot of time. You can either turn at Stroud (i think??) and come out below Bulladelah or go right up thru Gloucster (i think this takes a lil longer tho.)

f**ken shitty soon to be sister in law coming from overseas for 4 months on saturday and dad says i have to be here on unday - hopefully i get to go up to the clarance river gauge the weekend after - bass fishing here we come!
