Was thinking of a run down to Harvey to check out the other hills first then if time permits go do TJ but firstly to the other hills how about the 25th or26th of Janurary its the Australia day long weekend

As i no longer have a job (just finshed my 4year Apprentership) i should be able to make it. MattW were do u work, dont need any Heavy diesel fitters up there do ya?

I will have to bail on this i think. I need to drop my fuel tank and bash out the cover as part of the edge is bent up and pushing into the tank. Looks like it wouldnt take long to rub a hole in it.

Mines been dented from a week since i bought it but now the edge has been pushed up into a point and is pointing into the tank. You can see it scratching its way into the tank.

Wondering how many dents it will take before he stops or will it be a broken axle sorry not trying to put the kiss of death on you Frank .I personaly think you have a great chance of making it up the first section as with larger tyres you should get more drive with the wheels firmly being on the ground and you nearly made it last time

We are actualy going to the Harvey area ,to a place called Blackboy picnic sight.You can meet us there it is sine posted its about 2 to 3 kms north of Harvey on the left hand side of the road when you are traveling north.When you get onto this road drive up it for about 5to6 kms untill it turns to dirt keep following it untill it levels out at the top of the hill we will meet you there as this is were we let tyres down and disconnect swaybars.We should be there about 8.30

Frank broke the rear drive shaft and we think Ralph has done an axle
