We get a few pranksters on here, hence the reason why some people are being a little skeptical.

You should find a wrangler or two in the for sale section, I'd also recommend www.drive.com.au - I've bought two Jeeps through that site. As for the colour, that silver is nice but is only available on 2000 or newer models (which means you've got to pay a little more). I also like black, but I'm a little biased. :mrgreen:

Sounds like a fair deal, your best bet would be to get one of the experienced mexican jeepers off this forum to go along with you. Not saying they should hold your hand but they will be able to tell you a good one from a lemon, but all Jeeps have very different characteristics...Its a Jeep thing.

Red is also the best colour, not black or silver.. :mrgreen:

For $16k I'd say it would have over 120,000 on the clock.

Have a look around underneath the vehicle for mud. If it looks like its been through a lot of it, I'd be wary.

The Jeep Jamboree was in October in Marysville, Vic.
