View Full Version : HELP WHAT KIND OF DVD-R
Guys what brand of DVD-R do you find to be the most stable/bulletproof for copying DVD's....
Yeah yeah I know this should be in another section but I wanted a quick answer
get an LG dvd +/- R
then you dont have to worry about getting a - sp[ecific disc to burn onto. or a + specific
brand names arent really important with pcs.. its all cheap nasty crap that you may or may not have issues with.. from my experience anyway

Sony, TDK or Imation are all good brands.
TDK (Gold) are good for pictures.
but yeah little difference...just dont get cheapo ones!

I've used a bunch of different makes without drama, couple of coasters here and there but no more from the cheaper brands than the expensive.
thanks guys and gals .....I am using an LG +/-R & +/- RW just having a bit of a problem with the sound mainly ...but I think the DVD's I am tryin to use are utter crap so I may get some slightly better ones tomorrow and see what happens
