I would love to,me and a mate had a decent collection back home (England) many years ago as well as a couple of pinball tables but until I get my own place (in a unit right now) its just not worth it,too much drama and potential for damage moving them.

Let's just say I've got a few...Between myself and my bud, we've got them all over Sydney. Luckily I'm down to just one Raiden machine at the house now waiting for me to put a new monitor in...Oh, and the gameclone arcade machine we're about to build for here...

I'd really like an old pinny, something like the ones we used to play in Perth, old wooden floor amusement arcade stuff, 10c pinballs (even rare around '74-75) with old scores clocking over, and a loud clunk when you got a free game :!:

I reckon arcade games are tops & MAME too. Don't know why i went & bought an ATI 256Mb 9800Pro video card as all i ever play is MAME LOL.....Galaga's my fav!

Mate paid 1K for a sit down Galaga machine in very good nick. I had an old pinny that i fixed up to near working condition. I sorted the electronics side but then lost interest when i moved into a unit & space became a problem so i sold it ($150). Now that i'm back living in a house i kinda wish i kept it. It's always the way.

Have been wanting to build a MAME cabinet for ages, just never got around to it. Got heaps of old PC parts and a few CRT monitors i don't use so saving the project for a rainy day.

Anyone ever remember the trick to get free credits using a spark....like a piezzo igniter on a gas heater or the things you use to light gas stoves with. You'd just hold it to the coin slot and give it a zap and with each zap came a free credit!

So where would you find one of those galaga coffee table games for sale? What are they worth?

I've always wanted one, and I've finally got the space for one...

Casino version of that.
Its not allowed to be sold anymore cause of the gambling theme
But It is sold to the right bidder.
And a world cup soccer sit down machine also.
I am sure you can buy the different game card to go in them but dont really know that much about them.
I play them and a stand up Galaga all the time at my inlaws place (where they are) its so much fun. Even my kids get into them. (Not casino one).
Any way seriously what would you pay for one?
