Hi guys, has anyone used the wireless intrnet hot spots offered by Telstra at places like Starbucks, Maccas, and other places? I'm on one at the moment, and I think it's great. Fantastic speed, relatively inexpensive.
Any thoughts by other people?

whats peoples thoughts on radiation/radiowaves/electromagnetic waves.etc from wireless stuff like networking devices?
skimmed a report in a mag that went for 3 pages on the issue and it concluded "only time will tell" - not much help!!

Bugger all.
The power on these devices is so low it is not even a concern, I would be far more worried about high tension power lines and even then I dont see a huge issue with them
Disclaimer, I worked on high power miltary radar systems for 8 years so if I am going to have any ill effects from EM radiation the damage is well and truely done.
Any way the Starbucks equipment is from Cisco and here is the health information on their website http://www.cisco.com/en/US/tech/tk722/tk809/technologies_white_paper09186a0080088791.shtml
