Has anybody, thought of or seen, cherokee limited headlights in a wrangler?? The round ones that is.. My boss has a cherokee, i have a tj, I`ve measured them up, roughly, think they will fit in tj holes, might need some semi-major work to mount them though........just a thought..

One thing I think it would be worth checking is I don't think the KJ lights are actually round, so it may be fairly camplicated to make it all fit correctly.
If you want better quality headlights on the TJ .........
.......... fit a pair of Hella or IPF inserts, wire up a pre-made heavy duty loom + relays (ie: Pirahana or IPF), plug in 130/90 Halogen bulbs, and voila - you'll have brilliant white light on both low beam and high beam.

if you are talking about KJ lights i wouldnt fit them into a TJ, the KJ lights are plastic & i have seen them melt when running a headlight upgrade.
I had IPF fatboys in my TJ & i have them in the Zook, thats all i would fit as a headlight globe upgrade.

On the subject of inserts. I've been looking at mine and was wondering what the arrow in the front glass means? Both of mine point to the left.
I have I think Cbie or something like that. I'm pretty sure they're stock. (That's why the silver is falling off.)

At a guess, the arrow probably indicates if the insert is for left or right hand drive. Cibies have an assymetric light beam which is designed to throw a longer light beam down the road's shoulder.
My IPF inserts produce a similar effect by having the H4 bulbs rotated slightly clockwise so the light beam's left side is higher than the right side.
