Would you sell just the roof mounted carrier? If so, how much?

What are the tyres (brand / size / model) and what condition are they in?

Tyres are
Toyo Open Country A/T P225/75R15 VG condition on standard XJ wheel and
Dueller A/T P225/75R15 (no wheel) GC
I carried 2 spares when I travelled and kept extra spares and carrier when I traded XJ in 2005 for WG (?).

Hi Dubly,
Would prefer to sell all together as it may be harder to sell wheel and tyres - have a couple of other enquiries. Will check and see what they are after and get back to you later
cheers

Sorry but I am new to this - Is Cad or Team Eddy making an enquiry.
I suppose if Bomber just wanted tyres and Dubly the wheel carrier we can work something out.

Actually, I want the tyre carrier too, but was assessing the "value" of the tyres on it to jump the queue. Tyres are worth about $20 each based on my experience trying to sell what are basically "road" tyres (ie not heavy duty all terrains or muddies) which makes the whole set worth more like $150 not what you're asking (yeah, I know price discussions are not really allowed). I'd have paid the $275 if the tyres were worth taking but it's back to you now Stan - happy to negotiate on a "whole lot" price still......

Hi Stan,
Thanks for getting back to us. It seems silly for me to ship used tyre and as result I am only interested in the tyre carrier. If you do decide to sell the carrier without the tyres I think I would be willing to pay ~$200.
Cheers

Hi Bomber,
I wasn't aware there were AT tyres and heavy duty AT apart from muddies
"AT" is a label that anyone can use, and many do - but there are "AT" tyres that will get shredded in the outback in seconds cos of the sidewall or the softness of the tread compound. Duellers are probably OK but I've heard mixed reports about the Toyos and very negative reports about the Pirelli Scorpions for use on tracks but both "AT" according to the manufacturer....
