does anyone gets junk email that looks like this?

been getting a few of them a day for atleast a year and its getting a bit tiring...

what the hell is it? and
where the hell do they come from?
is there a way to stop it?

No way around a the moment

It gets through due to the white on black

A few per day get thru my filters, quite annoying.
