Unit is new Oct 2006, fitted with Jeep rims and tyres (comes with 2 extra Jeep rims and new unused tyres) off road suspension and heavy duty axle. Camper is OzTrail.
Included is full camp kitchen and Coleman RoadTrip BBQ grill. Trailer can be accessed from inside tent (gas struts on bed for ease of use) Trailer has 2 gas bottle holders (lockable) and gerry can holder upfront.

LED trailer lighting at rear. Treg coupling. Gas bottles x2 supplied. Comes with full annexe (sleeps min 4) Annexe is as new as it was set up once for 4 nights only. It has full privacy screens. The main sleeping area will take a king bed or 2 king singles no prob. Also the step up to the bedroom acts as a side table when relaxing etc. Unused queen mattress included.

All you need to go is your sleeping bags!

For a quick stopover the unit will sleep 4 easily without having to put up the annexe. 2 upstairs 2 down.
This has done one trip only.

Asking $8500.

Looks real nice.
Can the annex roof be setup without the walls?
Does the annex have a floor ?
How well is it sealed for dust ?

Yes, you do not need the walls up.
No floor, that would make it way to heavy as an item, we used separate tarp for floor.
Re dust, not sure as we only had it up 4 nights in a sealed caravan park. I would imagine if you set it up properly it would be dust free.
