This is a great peice of equipment, Sat Nav which not only has road maps but also longatude and Latatude, DVD player, Radio, 20gb Hard disk for MP3s, Voice reconition that works!, Uconnect mobile phone link and loads more.. Its a great machine. (check out how it looks in the photo section)

I have been playing around with the internal computer software for the mygig and it seems very similar to a PC etc, I have been able to find most things except the instruction that disables the video in motion. I don't want or need a lockpick, but would like the DVD to work while driving. (i know its illegal)

Is there a key sequence or anything similar to disable the motion option? I know in other countries where video in motion is legal Jeep have it working.

Any advice or help would be greatfully recieved.

Just a quick update; I have finally found the solutions and it is a tiny back cable on the main box conector, simply cut the cable and it no longer knows if you have shifted into gear. Done and dusted now for full video in motion
