Got this old full floating D60 diff for the Willys. Need to do some work to it before it makes it onto the truck.
Would like some disk brakes. Also need and axle and also need to convert it to 5 on 5 1/2 to suit front diff and rims I have already.
Before I start pulling this down does anyone know what disk brakes will work?
The diff is originally out of a Dodge/international delivery van/truck, model number is an AB110 i think, were around a lot as delivery vans for bread trucks.
Here are some pics to help.

This is how I will do mine. Info may help you. http://panther4x4.com/Scrambler/DANA 60 5 Stud from J4000 has five stud 35 spline 1.5 inch axels semi floating. Six bolt backing plate mount, SJ Chero caliper bracket will bolt straight up and Scout Rotor. See link shows how.

Just a question, if its not going offroad and your not going locker etc, why bother changing to disk brakes?
A lot of stuffing around for not much benefit.
Would be easier to leave it as a 8 lug, drum brake rear (which work well if set up and maintained) and change the front to 8 lug, using ford or GM D44 outer components.
8 lug rims are easy enough to find. I know you said you have rims but surely its easier to run with the drums and swap rims rather than what you are trying to do?

I have seen broken nine inches. They do take a pounding, but do break.
