Apart from the flares, other things in the pipeline are:
1. A cheap gas strut solution for the tailgate
2. A storage shelf that will take a fridge and your recovery gear and turns your JK into a ute
3. Coil spacers and bumpstops (various heights)
4. Extended height armrest for console
5. Winch rollers lighter than steel that take both cable and plasma!
6. Cabtidy that mounts to your tailgate that will fit a snatchrope
7. Storage unit that keeps your freedom top upright and secure in your boot
8. Adjustable bumpstop for your tailgate, to stop that oversize spare rattling
All made here in Aus.

Have you considered making a larger storage tub for the underfloor area at the back of the Jeep? Make it big enough that you could put a second battery in there and still have room for some other gear? You can get them in the states but due to the size of them shipping from the USA is crazy money

You can put a gel bat in there sideways if you want to, but the prob with that area is that if you need something quickly you usually have to empty half the truck.
With this shelf, you can put your recovery gear on top, and still have room underneath.

Just to clarify a few things. The JK flare has a flush indicator lens which is fully waterproof.
The winch rollers, the red one is designed for plasma, the yellow for cable, both lighter than the standard rollers on your fairlead.

Definately try young William, bring em on!
Tried out the new winch rollers to suit plasma/synthetic cable out at at Warburton on the weekend and worked a treat with no jamming no binding and at the end of the day no signs at all of wear even after 8 hours playin in the mud and bog-holes they still look like new, good alternative to buyin an Alloy fairlead and a shit load lighter than the original steel roller set-up.
Looks cool too!

Big Suzi,
I asked this i another thread but wasnt sure you would see it so thought I would ask again. What mounting hardware is provided with the Kit. From what I understand the plastic clips Jeep uses for the OEM flares snap when you remove them and need to be replaced. Are you using nutserts like the Xenons?

All neccessary hardware will be provided as well as instructions.

If the TJ ones were 8 inches wide (or even a little more) I'm sure they would sell like hot-cakes. The 7 inch ones that "everyone else" sells are touch and go covering tyres as you guys would know. Why not have a unique product rather than a flare like everyone else sells?
Just my opinion- Don't shoot me down :)

Mudflaps whilst being somewhat of a necessity are damn ugly and obtrusive offroad. Weve been working on a design that will work on JK, TJ and Xj on the one bracket and try to be easy on the eye, but it just cant be done!
We introduce to you, the FUGLY FLAPS!
One bracket suits most Jeeps and holes match to fit the JK.
Quick disconnect for ease of use offroad. (I will be keeping mine in the truck just in case the constabulary pull me over!).
These pics are on my 37's, you can purchase the brackets on their own and fab your own flap or modify these.
Pricing to be announced soon.

Fitted the RHD Steering Correction Kit from Poly today:
Track bar relo bracket already fitted, we fitted the draglink flip. There are two ways to do it, one is with a tapered reamer (difficult to find) or by using a drag link flip adaptor http://www.doubleblackoffroad.com/product.php?id=00111
Drilling the knucke,

http://i773.photobucket.com/albums/yy19/DoubleBlackOffRoad/Copyof26062010319Medium.jpg
Fitting the adaptor
http://i773.photobucket.com/albums/yy19/DoubleBlackOffRoad/Copyof26062010322Medium.jpg
With the adaptor on it was relatively straightforward to remove the factory draglink (my balljoint was in questionable condition), and add the Poly draglink. Draglink is also greasable and adjustable once on the truck.
http://i773.photobucket.com/albums/yy19/DoubleBlackOffRoad/Copyof26062010325Medium.jpg
http://i773.photobucket.com/albums/yy19/DoubleBlackOffRoad/Copyof26062010324Medium.jpg
The results:
Plain and simple I would challenge any other lifted 4by on 37's let alone 33's to drive the way mine does. It hits high speed bumps straight on, no reaction through the wheel, bump steer with the complete Poly Synergy Setup, a thing of the past.
If you are thinking of a similar setup and are in Melbourne, I would like you to drive mine, you will be more than impressed!!!
We will also have front and rear trackbar brackets with a cam bolt adjustment which utilises the factory trackbars. All stock will be available late July early August.

We just got these awesome lights in stock, looking forward to testing these at the Jeep Muster:
The D2 is our new compact light
that packs quite the punch with light output. Producing over 2600 Lumens and only using
28 watts of power. The new D2 is the brightest compact auxiliary light available to date. With
temperature sensing circuitry, the light unit will regulate between 80-100% power to prevent
damage and keep the LED optimized for the environmental conditions. With no airflow the
temperature sensors will automatically dim the light roughly 10%, virtually imperceptible to
the eye. This temp sensing circuitry was developed to help protect the customers investment
Cost is $385 per pair inc GST.
Fitted these on a customers tj, they are awesome and the quality is fantastic!

What snorkel is that? Look like it comes down like the Safari but then runs under the guard instead of through the side panel?
no thats the safari. it goes through quarter panel AND flare so it can have the largest pipe diameter of any of the snorkels on the market.
if you don't like the AEV product the safari is the one to go for of all of them particularly if you have a V6 (if its a diesel, expect some slight vibes)

Truck Master Designs’ Fully Functional Cowl Induction scoop gets your engine the cool air it needs for more power and efficiency while letting the hot air escape to keep engine compartment temperatures down. This Fully Functional Scoop has a divided internal structure to allow for cool air through the cowl, while the hot air exits through the side exhaust vents. The cool air intake directs the air through the hood to a unique under-hood duct system leading directly to the air box. The exterior of the scoop is made of easy to paint, smooth and durable high impact ABS plastic. Installation is simple with the attached 3M tape, hole location template, molded-in nutserts, and supplied stainless steel mechanical fasteners. Made from a high-impact resistant poly carbonate ABS blended plastic that's easy to paint and will not dent. Comes ready for prep and paint. Made in USA.

DBOR Roll bar grips are coming!!!
This is custom designed to fit padded and/or non-padded roll bars correctly unlike some of the competitors. Since ours are made in the U.S.A., we are able to design and improve as we go, instead of sticking with an initial prototype if it were ordered in mass quantities from Overseas. This has allowed us, once again, to offer you the most well-made product in the industry. Forget plastic...Ours is made with high strength steel hardware. We also incorporate a rubber backing for improved grip, which greatly reduces slippage. Oh yeah, concerned about your excess straps flapping around if you decide to attach this to a smaller non-padded bar? No problem...We covered that issue as well. You will not find a better grab handle...Guaranteed.

DBOR replacement electronic sway bar disconnect motor now available! CNC machined out of 12mm aluminium plate, with a plastic three leg knob and zinc plated thread. Why is this the best? This unit is spring loaded in both directions...even if your JK is now on an angle when disconnecting or reconnecting, all you do is screw the handle in or out. This preloads the internal operating mechanism and when the bar aligns it will automatcally unlock or lock when the internal clutch is aligned. YOU NEVER have to fight the sway bar alignment. Time to celebrate rubicon owners!!!!!

Apart from the knob it looks like an EVO MFG rip off :(

Stupid comment Tojo in DBOR's thread! Good to see a local product available...
To solve this problem involves connecting to the electronic sway bar system which is why anyone would design it similarly. It's not rocket science Tojo!

Its a knob and a plate with a threaded rod through the plate. How could it not look similar to another product of the same function designed to bolt to the same place?
I would rather buy the Aussie made one than a US made one though.

Fair call. But what purpose does they spring serve :?: I have an EVO disco so know what it's for. And ask the likes of AEV how they feel about the Chinese rip-offs guys. It ain't rocket science I know, but we're only to quick to shoot down others. Is it OK if it's an Aussie made copy :?: Someone some where has done some R&D.

Too true.
The springs - my one guess is: Why is this the best? This unit is spring loaded in both directions...even if your JK is now on an angle when disconnecting or reconnecting, all you do is screw the handle in or out. This preloads the internal operating mechanism and when the bar aligns it will automatcally unlock or lock when the internal clutch is aligned. Now I can't attest to the accuracy of the info, just a copy and paste from DBOR.
