Thanks mate = will give them a go - the DC has grenaded....taken out my T Case chain and output shaft!

It's with CJD at the moment and I will let them make the call - not a stock part and they know that but my throw out bearing has crapped itself after 45K and there is a Service Bulletin on them.The XFer case has scores in the case from the chain so something has let go.
I will see what happens around warranty etc - to date my experience with Chrysler has been good so fingers crossed.

Update - quoted $500 to repair DC and replace the uni.....
Got a new Tom Woods in the post tonight....
what happened too the atlas? just put it in :) stop fooking around haha
