So we started the Tube Fender build today, turning out pretty good, decided to go from the front bar to the rock sliders and tie a stinger into it, got one side done today..still need to plate it

my mate and i are doing it, beav... beav is doing the majority of the work, i am doing stuff such as passing tools, but like to think i do more **)

33's and 3.5 RE lift, will be going to 35's next though

Looks tough mate.
Any reason you aren't bending the length rather than use so many small bits?

he may not have a tube bender or the appropriate dyes required

thanks mate, yeah, we dont have a bender and dies, they are just bought steam bends..

i have been wanting to do something like this for a while but i have no means to bend the steel. all the elbows i have found are around $45 each.
where did u get yours and for how much.

45 each! holy hell...
any large steel shop should do them for max of about 8 bux a bend, i got mine through a mate through his work...

what size is the pipe i wanna use 2" if i can get 2" elbows for that price ill definatly get started soon

42 mm (outside diamater)...... 50mm looked a bit too big...
2 inch is too big.. 1-1/2 looks best i think..also that what my genright ones are.

Pipe is measured on the inside diameter. 2 inch is huge for fenders unless you are a Toyota driver.
1 1/2 + wall thickness x 2.

you should be using dom tube, it is measured OD..
if you are using pipe you should be a Toyota Driver.. ;)
