View Full Version : XJ lift davmul 20-06-2009, 11:38 AM I've decided its about time to lift my xj. I'm thinking along the lines of a 3" lift. Was wondering if it is as simple as buying a kit and installing it or is there alot more to it? I've been told the transfer case needs to be lowered, extended brake lines, is there anything else? What's a good kit to be looking at? Is the Rubicon Express 3.5" lift any good? scott xj 13-07-2009, 07:32 PM i have a rough country 3' lift for my 95 xj sports. its a complete kit with adjustable lower front control arms, transfer case drop, brake line relocater the lot. you can order it and have it sent to australia for under $1000. the kit is being put in on the 27th so i will post so pics TassieXJ 13-07-2009, 07:49 PM Go the Rubicon Express kit. l got the 4.5" lift and its great.
