Drivers Side Mirror Made Like the Rear Bar

I notice my drivers side mirror is all loose and can actually be pulled up an inch. (Same quality as the crappy rear bar) I'll be letting them know on the next service. BUT in the mean time you guys had this problem and has any one got maybe a PDF file on the assemply. Its most likely a weak retaining spring....

Yep... for a car with the price tag it had new, not very strong...How is the rear bar and skirt upto and including the rear wheel flares?
