Has anyone found rust in their commander?

I had the rear lights off today, and found rust in the upper skin of RH rear light pocket.

Good to see not even the supposedly comfortable jeeps are not immune to the orange detailing disease. hehe

Most manufacturers have a 10 year rust warranty as long as the rust is not on a previously damaged panel. Otherwise a bit of rust converter and galvanising paint should cure it.

It does look like weld slag thats rusted. The old robot jig went a bit "CWAZY" there seems to be no structual rust just surface rust, I would just fix it myself. I'm not sure it even qualifies for rusting of the Jeep ???

I wouldn't call it surface, nice bubble, it'll be an easy fix to do at home though. Maybe a previous doggy repair.
