Lift Gate Struts / Window Struts

I think the rear lift gate struts are a bit week on the lift gate and the rear window.

So re-gas? or replace? Any links to sites that have them may be helpful as well.

Also try yellow pages there are a lot of places that just deal with these type of struts. They are quite cheep and will mail them interstate.

Where do you get you get them from? Quotes I was given were $70 each for 2nd hand ones.

I got XJ ones off Ebay and boy are they stiff to pull down. Crowd in Surrey Hills (Melbourne).
