We have some beautiful National parks and Beaches over here on the Lower Eyre Peninsular, defiantly worth it . about 6 an half hrs from Adelaide.
Oh and dont forget Loveday 4x4 Park in the riverland, not far from Barmera ( i recently went through ) and thats about 3 hrs from Adelaide.

Anyway that said I don't think my engineer will be of much use to you if you're in WA. For reference the engineering fees were $500 and then transport S.A. inspection fees around $260. All in all the endeavour wasn't overly expensive and i can't see why it would really be much different interstate.

Thanks.

Not today but yesterday I took the muffler off the hemi, opened it up and made a couple mods to it before welding it back up.

Sounds much better, deeper tone and slightly louder. It actually sounds like a v8 now! That said it could probably be louder tbh. Plans are to open it up again later on and completely gut it, replace the pipe with 3" perforated pipe and repack the muffler to make it a straight through. For an experiment however i'm pretty pleased with how it turned out, especially for free.

Stock the muffler seems relatively restrictive. For reference the circular and rectangular holes are ones i've cut. Also the outlet for the muffler chokes down to 2.5" ( inside the muffler )whilst the rest of the pipework is 2.75" Red lines indicate flow of stock muffler.

32" BFG KO2's

First impressions is they are so much quieter then the worn out Generals, despite being taller acceleration and handling seam to be on par.

Looks Great!!!

Keen to hear some feedback on how you like that size.

Am currently looking at rubber to go on the Commander Wheels.

Interested in how the KO2s go as well! Would really like some MTs in this size but they seem as rare as hens teeth here in oz...
