Trading my 2003 Rav4 tomm for an 04 Wrangler, thought it was time for a "real" 4x4. Have busted 2 shockies, a diff, lots of plastic bits and a little paint in the last 12 months, but i clearly remember the Toyota dealer assuring me the Rav4 was a 4x4........

Anyhoo, just looking at the pics of some of the machines here makes me wanna do some mods already... oh lordy!

yeah kept a couple of guys in the car, was more worried about getting enough traction to get back outta there, the 2.0l power plant in the Rav4 was pretty weak. The water in that part of the river wasnt running, so drift wasnt a drama.

But now ive got my TJ i dont think i have that problem anymore....

Hi there, just registered, thought stuff like this was as scarse as rocking horse poo in Aussie. been a member of the IFSJA forum, US based.
Had my '82 Cherokee for 3 years. Bit of a change of life thing. A toy thats setup for fishin' trips on the south west coast of WA.
