Normally +/-5 correction values are still ok.
When do you get smoke? When flooring it?

Oh OK. Will smoke at idle on and off. I expect it flooring it. Read somewhere that it shouldn't be more than +- 1.

Had 2 things in its favor. It was no.1 and not 5 ,also got it early by the looks of it. :)

Yeah. It started yesterday arvo. I could both hear and smell it. The biggest hint is the smell of exhaust/diesel through the aircon. It made me go looking. I first thought it was an exhaust gasket. Started it cold this morning and could clearly see it spitting fuel and fumes. It stopped being so obvious when I warned it up to pull out the injector.

BTW, got it out without a puller. Just wiggled and pulled. It took about 15 minutes.

The hard part was fishing for the washer.

The other thing to add...
Jeep dealers were no help. I got the parts from Mercedes Benz, thanks to the "Everything 2.7 CRD" thread giving me the MB part numbers.

Great job sharing the knowledge.
