My commander 4 Attachment(s)
Hi Guys
Due to unfortunate event my blue Xj was written off (not by me never loan jeeps to siblings!!!) but had the opportunity to pick a a Commander at a very good price. Its an 07 base model , only mods are airbags in the rear rhino roof box and rock tamers to protect the Crossover when towing. And signage for our business. V6 turbo diesel averages 14/100 towing 1400kg. Checkout www.dreamtimecampers.com.au for the Crossover from Vistarv 100% Australian design and manufactured. cheers Ian P |
Ian - much congratulations on the new purchase.
Gee, I almost thought that was me towing our t-van. The crossover van is very similar at the front end. |

Here's a few shots of my Brisbane Commander, she loves the BIG hill climbs and doesn't mind running on two wheels in big washouts etc. I never get a chance to take the really good shots as i'm to busy driving and shitting my self.
It's had a 2" lift at the front and 2 1/2" at the rear (OME springs & Bilstien shocks) but needs more as i've already given the muffler and petrol tank a good thumping. One day i'll go for a 4" Super Lift kit and 32" tyres. |
This one never goes off road, but its definatley worth a look.....

Is that one Rubicon trail rated? I don't see any stadium style seating in the interior.... looks perfect for a Simpson desert crossing... or a FNQ trip.
