be like me, run rockford fosgate 5.25" splits in the front. pioneer bullets 6" in the rear roof. 6x9s on a parcel shelf. all amped. and also 2 12" pioneers in the boot running 500rms each. does me good for over 120+ DB and i have DD (Digital Designs) on the way 1 x 12" will hit over 140db. tuned well over 150. i like my system.

Wild Turkey you are probably right but anyway I am still the oldest on the site @ 58 and my hearing is already shot to hell after 20 years of working around Jet aircraft (military type - no noise abaitment gear fitted)

what mic ? termlab or audiocontrol ?

what MIC? as in what did i use to read the DB rating? just one they sell from audio shops. they have a little mic have have an LCD screen reading. i just put it on the dash and ful bored my system sounded like shit but got me the rating. dout it does it still prolly more like 100 lol. is that what u mean?

thats similar to the one i used. dout its highly accurate but it worked.

not the most accurate, but you can get an aproximate idea :)

yeh shoulda said how did u test the spl. but yeh wasnt 100% but gave me a ball park figure.

outer skin finally done on all doors. the fronts got more layers because they will house the speakers

the mids have a humungus basket and it obviously didn't fit through the stock opening. it was time to bust out the trusty sheet metal scissor (sp?)

almost there with mounting the head unit. i need to pull it out again and make some bigger holes in the bracket because the way it it now, it sits too much inside the dash and i can't mount the trim ring :(
