I've got a few things planned short term Monster. I want to see how good the KJ can be with its IFS before I go down the extensive modding path.
I would like to do a SFA conversion, but to be honest, if there was a decent kit out there made up to be an awesome IFS - why not ?

Total Chaos Fabrication seem to be "da man....." in that dept if you know what I mean.

I do know what you mean! I've got their website bookmarked for when my lottery numbers come up.

SFAs are all well and good, but the world and his wife seem to be doing them these days.
Imagine this on a KJ;

That's 13" of usable travel!

Currently talking to Ironman about the KJ.
They actually have two different springs. One for petrol and the other for CRD.
They said it will give a 35mm lift so I asked them if their test vehicle was an 02 model or not :)

Hi Ed,
I got a 2" OME kit (with heavy duty springs), put it in about 2 months ago. It still rides at 70mm but i'm expecting it to drop in the future :sad: . It's been offroad twice since the lift & was well worth it. Mine is an 05 petrol, now in need of some muddies. :evil:

muddie choice i recommend is the cooper stt's
What size are you running Blue, & how about the Wrangler MTR's?

I also run the 'new' Cooper STTs and can't recommend them highly enough!

Mine are 245/75R16. The MTRs are similar, but are a softer compound, so they're better on dry rocks, but won't last so long especially if you drive on sealed roads a lot. Also, not sure their sidewalls are as sturdy as the Coopers with their Armour-Tec protection.

I already have a set of 235/75/15 MTR's.
Hoping to be able to find a set of 15" sunnies to fit them.

Some on lostKJ have done it, just need the right offset I think.
