Love the seven on/off, can't beat working 26 weeks of the year! Not sure about the body intact part, 30 years old and I've slipped my right disc and had a few L4/L5 compression injuries since starting 8-odd years ago on a surgical ward.

A lot more careful these days, the big bariatrics don't get the kid-gloves treatment anymore. It's now a case of 'assist' rather than 'move your fat arse around myself'.
