Thanx, i got hold of a bore scope stuck it in there and can confirm that its that hose under the intake. Will strip it out, measure the hose size and go get a piece of hose to replace. Not interested going to a dealer for this repair.
Does anyone know if the OEM part has been changed to another type of hose in later models? |

If its just the hose any good quality hose suitable will do the job, preferably from a hydraulic hose shop, hidden away constant heat you want the good stuff, so don't go genuine it has proved itself not to be.
If you want to check your part number use https://www.moparpartsgiant.com/jeep-parts.html they have a reliable online listing. Then I go shopping at rockauto https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/jeep |
