Still haven't heard from Seven Line Customs (the larger flares a few posts back.).

Haven't had a chance to work on my SRT8 ones yet.
Finishing a new rear storage setup first, then I'll get started on some real experiments to get a better idea of the capital vs production costs of each option.

"Typical" fibreglassing is out due to the tricky profiles (which is also what makes them look nice IMO.). Too difficult/expensive to get a nice result, especially with enough strength to survive knocks.

Just noticed that the Seven Line Customs guys have a page up for the WH/WK flares now;
http://www.sevenline.it/produzione-sevenline/
899 euro + shipping.
They've put more photos of them, and I recon they look a bit dumb now.

Wont work with a front or rear bar, the "bottom" corners of each flare (especially the fronts.) would get trashed off-road (could catch on stuff easily IMO.), and would look funny with 32" tyres at a typical offset.

Still no movement on my SRT8 ones though, sorry all.
Toddler + new business + rear storage thing in the jeep are keeping me too busy.

I've got more of a plan. But it involves modifying the original ones to mould from, so I need to be certain before I cut into them :?.

Don't know if it's worth the effort but for $80.00

They look alright, although a little thin, could be made to work with an extra bit to extend them, or chop the bumper to suit 😎
