Shame. I just watched the opening of the AFL footy match. I am not making a generalisation here. But as I sat and watched the tribute to the ANZAC's I felt ashamed for Australia. Half the people in the crowd were looking around, smiling, laughing or whatever. Giving no respect for those who died to give them the right to sit there in the first place. Half sat down and had to be told to stand up and sing or at least show respect for the anthem of this country.
What else can I say? I wasn't even born here but seem to have more respect for Australia and it's history than those that are. Very disappointed to say the least. |
I really hope it was just bad TV coverage.

Only take a few minutes to show some respect. But what would you know about that Crossflow?
