He is dreaming if you ask that much for a half done project that will be registered as a WB Holden!
I looked into doing a chassis and drive train swap over as a easier way to go but the guys that had done this got harassed by the cops all the time. Their little computer says WB Holden when they pull up behind you but they see a old Willys! They straight away think you are doing a runner from the local servo with someone else's plates. I know one guy who sold it after they even impounded it over the weekend until it could be proven at the registration branch even though he had the paper work with him.
