Front Bump Stops anyone got ideas about what to use to put on the lower swingarm as a bumpstop, for the existing rubber bump stop to hit. basically to work as an extension to work in conjunction with a 4" lift.

Front Bump Stops I presume you mean you what to add something to the coil seat where the exsisting bumpstop hits
The most common thing that is done and have done it quite a few times already, is to use a rubber hockey puck which you just glue in using silcon that is used for gutters. You can then also raise the shock at the front by the same amount to regain the loss of up travel by gaining extra down travel. If you go to my how to section of my site you will see pictures and plans of how to do it. |
Front Bump Stops jimmy, round here we use alloy rod machined to size, drilled & a bolt to hold it in position.
maybe a set might pay for a banner add?? |
Front Bump Stops got the bump stop issue sorted, arb southside went and did the custom pucks in the front to fix that and in the rear put a metal spacer above the bumpstop to fix the back issue. seems to be all fine, guess i'll find out this saturday when i go play @ ormeau.
