It won't attempt to fire until it reaches 240 bar. How long are you cranking?

Try two things...
1/ an extended crank while watching the pressure. Is it climbing? Crank for 15 seconds or so. If the pressure is climbing, go a little longer, but not too much.
2/ get an assistant to crank while you closely watch the lines for bubbles. Watch especially the input of the HP pump.

I have cranked it for about 20 sec for it to reach that pressure ..when giving quick start it fires up instantly and runs smooth ..

No air bubbles present im running a diesel line from an bottle hanging from the bonnet as the feed line into the filter

So i have used a fuel rail from a running jeep 2.7 complete with regulator and sensor and still nothing ..i have installed the crank sensor cam sensor fuel rail diesel pump fuel lines all on the other jeep and it runs and starts first time ..mine still does not want to start by itself the fuel pressure now reads a max of 120bar on cranking and spray easy start it fires up

It really sounds like a faulty injector
