Try disconnecting the fuel return line from injectors. If the volume of return fuel is high, it will create problems with the fuel pressure regulator which may be what's creating your problem.

Quick and easy test.

Brand new injectors ..will send them to bosch and have the checked out ..cant think its injectors once its running its smooth and very little smoke

When one (or two) of my injectors failed the car was seemingly running perfectly, then it wasn't. It would not start to save it's life so never say never.

Seems like it fails to get enough pressure for starting.

I did not go through the entire topic but as usual culprits:
- Air in the system
- Injector(s) with high leak-off
- Worn out high-pressure pump
- Internally leaking fuel pressure regulator
