I did not go through the entire topic but as usual culprits:

- Air in the system

- Injector(s) with high leak-off

- Worn out high-pressure pump

- Internally leaking fuel pressure regulator

Im back to checking air in the system as the pump injectors regulator and sensor are new

Try disconnecting the fuel return line from injectors. If the volume of return fuel is high, it will create problems with the fuel pressure regulator which may be what's creating your problem.

Quick and easy test.

You mean i should disconnect it at the rail and plug it

You prime it with a hand vacuum pump (or squeeze bulb) via the priming valve on top of the engine. The system self bleeds from there.

Try replacing the rubber hoses that join back to the steel on the firewall. You can pick them up for a few bucks from the likes of Repco, Supercheap or Autobarn. They are a common source of air leakage. Others have installed check valves in the suction line before the filter.
