Battery tray hold down bolts.

I have corroded/rusted out battery tray hold down bolts (caused by a leaking battery). I am talking about the bolts that are in the body where there are 3 of them, that the battery tray sits on.

They are beyond repair, has anybody had this happen or know how to fix it? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hold the tray down with silicone,(stronger than you think) and /or roofing screws.

I want it to be clean, so the nutsert idea seems to be best.
