If no one can solve my boiling problem it's gq time!!

Ok I have read the overheating thread

I have googled the shit out of this

My 95 cherokee sport will not stop overheating

Bonnet or no bonnet it boils

New thermostat boils
No thermostat it boils
New water pump it boils
Clutch fan it boils
Brand new Craig Davies thermo fan it boils
On my third radiator

This one definetly has no leaks and is not blocked genuine jeep one

It boils after 2 minutes of highway driving a d it's over 125

I just pulled over took top rad hose off poured water into thermostat motor slowly cooled down
Filled motor and radiator lasted about 8 minutes till it was on 115 ish

Pulled over to help tow a stranger to servo booiled

In ready to swap the motor with my old sport so pissed off with this car

No water in oil but I suspect head gasket

It only used to do it when I was wheeling never ran hot on highway

Boiled yesterday when I was wheeling do I took thermostat out track side filled it up
Wheeled for a good 2 hours ran on 100 then suddebly boiled afyer bit of hard work

I will pay some one to find out the problem

unfortunatly Tuff your symptoms are sounding a lot like a head gasket. Does it miss in the mornings? Also is the rad holding pressure after shut down for 30mins? Squeeze your top hose to see if it has pressure once it cools slightly.

It seems that it is not getting to pressure .. ie a leak?
I assume when you replaced the water pump you put the correct one in there ... it goes backward (check your belt routing) and has the "R" stamped on it?
The engine has welsh plugs that may be leaking?

Only sugggestios, you have tried almost all .. maybe just needs a good flushout (the block at least).
If the head gasket was cracked, you would see bubbles in the top of the radiator with the cap removed.

I've got bubbles in top rad cap when it's running

Can't see any leaks anywhere so I'm guessing the water loss is going through the head

I've got another motor I'm going to deal over this weekend

It booked so bad on the way home today it was making bad bearing noises

Still runs tho bloody tough motors

do a TK test. everything is pointing to a head gasket tho.
Bubbles in the system on idle means a head gasket too.

What's tk test?
