Hi Oli-dog

Did an ebay search and found the radiator I installed it is an FF Dynamics triple threat, item no.161185791684

Today I installed high density foam around the radiator and between the grill so all air has to be directed entirely through the radiator.

Willing to try anything.

hi there again, Don't use ultra blue sealant or silicon.
I only use gasket cement 3 pond or the Holden head stud sealant in a small can. Repco sell it put it is a little pricey but will last a lift time if stored properly. It's yellow 3 bond and the holden stuff a little lighter. Remember every time you boil the engine the scale will transfer into the rh radiator tank. Steam is the best cleaner.

These jeeps ran pretty good new. But if you have ever pulled athe head off one, you will see how easily it is for the Jackets to block!
The East/West radiator makes it hard to see build up of blocked cores.
Thermo/electric fans will never compare to OEM clutch drive fans, dreaming if you think so for CFM.
Don't forget if fitting a new radiator. They are NOT meant to be hard fixed!
So replace the rubbber insulators at the b3ottom as well.
If they are to rigidly mounted, twist and shock will load up the joints and tanks etc, thus cracking/leaks etc.
Why they don't throw in new bushes is beyond me,
Major culprit to cracked tank joints!
NOT MEANT TO BE HARD FIXED GUYS!
Me personally, no admissions accepting...
Flush coolant... fill with straight simple cheap cleaning vinegar... $10.
Run till running temp, leave over night and take It for a good run and reach running temp. Good REVS. And flush well. Undo lower radiator clamp and rev ll It till burst off! Flushing crap out. Most radiator cleaner these days are expensive crap!
