Poor experience with JBA so far
 

Just as a heads up to anyone who is considering dealing with them.

I ordered 18/5/21 and was advised up to 30 days before they’ll get dispatched- fair enough.

I contacted them at day 31 as I’d had no further comms. No answer. Tried calling (during their business hours) no answer.

Found out others in the US had ordered 3 weeks after me and got theirs.

I’ve re-emailed this morning and will attempt to call again tonight.

So far not a professional experience…

Took 5 weeks to receive my upper ball joints from JBA
Paid through their Amazon account
Yes no communication while I waited, they just showed up with the postie one afternoon.

Never known them not to deliver

Customs processing has been really slow on international orders so give them another week or so and I'm sure your parts will show up.

I expect 5 to 6 weeks for US delivery at the moment. Most of my US eBay purchases arriving in that timeframe.
