tirerack - anybody used them? After alot of looking around and soul searching I am going back to BFG AT's - had them on my patrol for 8 years - never had a puncture where only half worn when I sold it...
I am actually getting the tyres from tirerack.com in the US - going to cost me the same as the Maxxis would (inc shipping and fitting)... they reckon 5 days to get them here - anybody else used tirerack.com? I have had a google on it and cant find anybody with a bad thing to say about them.... |
I was looking there as well Hi allteng,
I have heard a few good things about them from friends, nothing bad about them at all. I have been looking there myself for some BFG AT's in a 245/70/17 for my WG. Did you order 4 or 5 tyres, and what did they quote for shipping? Cheers Tim |
Strange........i emailed them twice to see if they shipped over here No answer first email second they said they didn't ship to oz

I cannot say enough about them and their service.
I have just purchased BFG KM2s, they shipped promptly arrived within 5 days, landed they cost me about $60 - $70 less per tyre than i was being quoted here in Brisbane. Very good service, and you can follow your order status on line. Would not have any hesitation using them again. Rob |
Personally I would try G&S tyres in Melb first. He is an AJOR member ( I think ) and is top notch, can get anything you need and you will be supporting AUS business.
