Thinking about Trading My JK for new FJ Cruiser

Long story short I'm thinking about trading my JK for the New FJ Cruiser when they are released here shortly. I seen one in the flesh today I must say it quite a impressive unit. They are based off a Prado. I love the rear doors how they open backwards. Has anyone else thought about this also?

sorry mate i wouldnt trade the jeep 4 a uglier version of the prado, they are a good car but imho 4wding is all about fun, i cant see anything fun about a 4x4 that does everything itself using every computer aid possible, also the fj looks utter crap, reminds me of the hummer, there ifs and will cost mega $$$$, think 200series prices

Never mind the ugliness .....

google FJ Cruiser body cracks .... and see what you find. ;)

They are an old vehicle with plenty of past history.

Probably be all right as a suburban run around tho.

they are meant to be priced around the 40-50 mark

Yea I'd probly leave them alone for a while...

fine if you drive a Jk for its look

Personally I do not like the look of the FJ Crusier, but moreover when you look at the photo gallery of it on the Toyota website, the limited wheel travel of the front and rear axle when off road, makes me think it is not even in the league of the JK.
