Point Plomer

G'day, I was going to drive to Point Plomer via the ferry to the north shore at Port Macquarie. Does anyone know the condition of the track as I will be travelling solo.
Thanks in advance

I was up there in August, track was a bit sandy in places but nothing challenging. Any proper 4wd will be fine. The pot holes along the first stretch are shocking though.

It's a bit rough in places, 3 or 4 soft sandy patches and some muddy holes that have tracks around them. You might need to drop tyre pressure for the sand. It's not a difficult track, perfectly fine for a stock 4wd on road tyres. Plenty of people up and down it too, so if you get stuck in the sand, someone will give you a hand if you're on your own.
