American v Australian part numbers Cherokee KL TH

Hi Folks,
I could really use some help from someone who actually knows what is going on here.
I am looking for part numbers for Cherokee KL TH half shafts. In itself it is easy enough BUT listings like Mopar garage say "Left Hand" but their diagram is what we would call "Right Hand".
I need driver side which is their passenger side.
Can I use their passenger side numbers or did Jeep actually changed the half shaft configuration for Right Hand Drive in Australia [because of steering setup etc] and I actually need to use the American driver's side part numbers?
Any help will earn my undying gratitude especially if you can advise a good source of Australian part number listings.
Many, many thanks in advance!
Seth
P.S. I realise that long half shafts will have the same number in Australia as America, and the same for the short ones. The question I am really asking, I suppose, is 'have the half shafts swapped sides in the Australian iteration of the car?'
Thanks
