Wheel·ing
A city of northwest West Virginia in the Panhandle on the Ohio River southwest of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Settled in 1769, it was an important trading post on the Cumberland Road until the 1850s. Wheeling was the state capital from 1863 to 1870 and from 1875 to 1885. Population: 29,300. Apparently we all misunderstood the topic. |
